The Organization of Local Communities Against Poverty (OLCAP) is a grassroots non-profit established in 2009 in Kenya, initially focusing on Lukanji Village and later expanding to serve multiple communities in Ikolomani Sub-County, one of the country’s poorest regions.

We believe that sustainable change comes from within communities. By empowering local leaders and creating grassroots programs, we build a foundation for lasting economic and social transformation.
